Peg Lahn EdM (APSP)

Peg Lahn specializes in guiding organizations to plan for and achieve excellence, innovation and resilience. She is known for bringing diverse and competing stakeholders together to negotiate simple and effective solutions to common challenges.

Working in the not-for-profit and public sectors, Peg collaborates with mature and emerging leaders to help organizations create real social change on important issues.

Peg is an experienced consultant, educator and facilitator providing support, leadership and expertise on:

  • Systems thinking and (re-)design
  • General management and strategic planning
  • Proposal writing
  • Designing / influencing effective public policies
  • Negotiating solutions
  • Managing complex stakeholder relations
  • Building and managing partnerships

Peg has 20 years of experience supporting service and policy solutions to improve equity, access and health outcomes in our local and broader communities – especially among vulnerable populations. She has a Masters degree in Administration, Planning and Social Policy from Harvard University, and has served as a grant maker through the Ontario Trillium Foundation, the Wellesley Institute, and the Community One Foundation.
