Pauline Moeller CGA

Pauline Moeller has extensive experience as a senior financial executive in both private and public sector.  She has overseen major restructuring and culture change in community and social services, finance, and manufacturing.

In Bermuda, Pauline restructured the Financial Information Technology group, provided technical and financial software support and training to the Government of Bermuda Employees.

Pauline’s focus has been full engagement of stakeholders, leading to amazing results:

• Moving 23 separate financial organizations into one cohesive organization,
• Moving a major financial organization to a customer focused organization.
• Turning around a discouraged payroll group with 46 process improvements.

Throughout her career, Pauline has taught courses on finance, and process change.  Her ‘keep it simple’ approach is a welcomed and gratifying experience.
