Karen Bergin MSc

Karen specializes in helping organizations undergoing major change initiatives to prepare their workforce for a smooth transition.  She works closely with clients from the idea conceptualization phase through implementation.  Her collaborative approach, resourcefulness and drive to deliver quality solutions have attributed to her strong client relationships.

She has worked with a broad spectrum of clients including Fortune 500 companies, public, private, non-profit organizations, academic institutions, financial services, manufacturing and the insurance sector.  She specializes in Education and Training, Organizational Effectiveness, Process Re-design and Improvement, Change Management, Service Delivery and Client Relationship Management.

Karen has 20 years experience as an instructional designer, facilitator and educator.  She develops and facilitates highly customized courses for front line staff through senior leaders.  Areas of expertise include management and leadership development, communications and change management.
