Deborah Vogele Welch PhD
Deborah Vogele Welch has over 20 years of experience in business management, psychology, and coaching. She has worked with government contracts as a manager of behavioural health programs ranging from residential to prevention programs. More recently, since 1997, Deborah has primarily worked as a coach, consultant and educator. She owns and operates Reflective Leadership Associates, a coaching and consulting organization serving clients in high-tech, banking, non-profit and other industries internationally. Deborah is also a faculty member at two universities, Ottawa University and Capella University. She designs and facilitates on-line (eLearning) and residential coursework for MBA, Organizational Change, and Human Resource students pursuing masters and doctorate degrees. Deborah is currently writing a book on leadership funded by the James MacGregor Burns Academy of Leadership.
Dr. Welch has facilitated online for four universities, worked with the faculty at two universities, and consulted with a government program doing a three month training program for case managers across the United States using the internet. Topics include: leadership development, leadership assessment, career assessment, revitalizing the organization, stress reduction, embracing diversity, facilitation skills, eLearning facilitation skills, instructional design, leadership coaching, values and ethics, developing a learning organization, facilitating trust in groups, leadership in the zone- finding flow states, and consultation skills.
