Beverly-Jean has worked in the area of diversity management and developing cultural competence for more than 15 years. She has worked closely with organizational leaders and front-line staff to strategically enhance the organizational environment; address changing labour and customer market conditions, increase productivity, and improve the image and reputation of the organization. She possesses in-depth knowledge of diversity related policies, workplace safety and harassment requirements, and a multitude of strategies for working with clients to develop inclusive practices and environments.  She is a skilled and engaging facilitator who possess the ability to take complex information and policy requirements and make then accessible and related to the specific context of the organization.
