Modern organizations typically claim that their people are their most important asset—embodying the skills, the creativity, and the know-how that are essential to achieving success in the community or marketplace. Yet invariably these assets can become stalled or even counterproductive due to conflict, poor morale, personality differences or disagreements around style.

April Boyington Wall has a unique background in both the business and the interpersonal side of organizations. As a consultant, instructional designer, trainer and coach,  April works with managers and executives who want to make a difference in the workplace and who are challenged with creating deep and lasting change. She draws on the latest research and has a proven track record for being able to quickly diagnose and provide remedies to some of the most challenging issues related to staff performance, cooperation and morale that hamper productivity and undermine profits. Her services include innovative training programs, leading change management initiatives, facilitation of planning and team-building sessions as well as workplace mediation and help with strategic communication.  Her clients include large, small and medium sized organizations in the non-profit, government and private sectors across Canada and the United States.

April has a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, holds the designation of Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and has a doctorate in Organizational  Behaviour. She also has Gestalt Coaching Certification from the  Gestalt Therapy Institute of Philadelphia.
